OptimizeOS

EnergyOS is now OptimizeOS. Same data, same integrations, same API — under a name that says what it does. OptimizeOS runs on the meters and sensors you already have, and it lives at onsitefacility.com.

See OptimizeOS

OptimizeOS (formerly EnergyOS) is the monitoring software behind the subscription Emergent Energy contracts and manages for your facilities. Our work is the service around it: getting your existing meters reporting into it, watching what the data says, and telling you what to do about it.

What Gets Monitored

Your existing meters, read continuously.

Electric use and demand

Whole-building and circuit-level kWh and kW, including the interval peaks that set demand charges.

Other utilities you meter

Water, natural gas, BTU/thermal, steam, and compressed air, wherever meters already exist on site.

Utility billing data

Your bills alongside metered use, so billed quantities can be checked against what was measured.

Tenant and department allocation

Submeter reads grouped the way you bill or budget, so cost lands with the space that used it.

Emergent Energy contracts and manages your OptimizeOS subscription. OptimizeOS is developed by a related party under common ownership — we disclose that because our advice on every other platform is worth more when you know where we have an interest.

What You Receive

A monthly read, not another login to check.

  • A monthly review of use, demand, and cost trends across each metered site
  • Exception notes when a meter's pattern departs from its own recent history
  • Data pulled together for rebate filings, REC documentation, and compliance reporting
  • Exports of your normalized interval data whenever you ask for them

You keep your own access to the platform. The difference is that an engineer here is reading the same data on a set cadence, so nobody on your team has to make time for it.

How It Starts

  1. 01

We inventory what you already meter

Existing meters, gateways, and utility accounts are listed, and the gaps are written down rather than assumed.

  2. 02

We contract and configure the subscription

Emergent Energy holds the OptimizeOS subscription, sets up your sites and meter tree, and connects the utility accounts.

  3. 03

We read the data with you

An Emergent Energy engineer reviews the data on the agreed cadence and brings you the findings worth acting on.
