Electric use and demand
Whole-building and circuit-level kWh and kW, including the interval peaks that set demand charges.
Monitoring Subscription
OptimizeOS is the facility monitoring platform from Onsite Facility (partner). Same meters and sensors you already have — Emergent Energy installs, commissions, and supports it. Product site: onsitefacility.com.
See OptimizeOSWe contract and manage your OptimizeOS subscription, install and commission the meters and gateways, and read the resulting data with you on a set cadence so you know what to act on.
What Gets Monitored
Whole-building and circuit-level kWh and kW, including the interval peaks that set demand charges.
Water, natural gas, BTU/thermal, steam, and compressed air, measured wherever your site needs visibility.
Your bills alongside metered use, so billed quantities can be checked against what was measured.
Submeter reads grouped the way you bill or budget, so cost lands with the space that used it.
Emergent Energy contracts and manages your OptimizeOS subscription as an authorized channel partner. OptimizeOS is developed by Onsite Facility, a separate company. We install, commission, and review the data with you — we do not own the platform.
What You Receive
You keep your own access to the platform. The difference is that the same data is read with you on a set cadence, so nobody on your team has to make time for it.
How It Starts
Existing meters, gateways, and utility accounts are listed, and the gaps that affect visibility are written down rather than assumed.
Meters, sensors, and gateways are sourced and installed to close those gaps, then wired or wirelessly connected for reporting.
Emergent Energy holds the OptimizeOS subscription, sets up your sites and meter tree, and connects the utility accounts.
The data is reviewed with you on the agreed cadence, bringing forward the findings worth acting on.
The platform, its integrations, and its API are documented at onsitefacility.com. Talk to us about the subscription and the review cadence around it.
